Voss & Carver was founded in 2008 by two attorneys who came from opposite sides of the courtroom. Marcus Voss, a former prosecutor with a track record of putting dangerous people away. Elena Carver, a former insurance defense lawyer who grew tired of helping corporations avoid accountability.
Together, they built a firm designed to fight the way most firms won't -- with the resources, preparation, and willingness to go to trial that makes insurance companies take notice. In 17 years, they have recovered over $180 million for clients across auto accidents, workplace injuries, wrongful death, and premises liability cases.

Now she uses her insider knowledge to dismantle the exact strategies she once deployed. She has a particular focus on wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases.
